There is a lot of change happening at Bennett Christmas Insurance Brokers’, as the Sussex-based company take a fresh look at the commercial team structure and focus on building a ‘culture of care’. This has seen the creation of three new managerial roles and growth of additional staff.
The shake up to the commercial team includes a new role for Andrew Smith who has become Head of Corporate Broking. It also sees Simon Harris take over as Head of SME Commercial, and Viv Cooper take on the role of Head of Business Development for both commercial and personal insurance.
The team has also been strengthened with new appointments. This includes Senior Corporate Broker, James Boreham, and Lauren Harris and Stuart Chillcott, who both join as SME Commercial Brokers. There are now up to 19 dedicated commercial brokers at Bennett Christmas.
In addition to the new structure, the ‘culture of care’ programme highlights that for Bennett Christmas it is the people that ‘make the difference’. The staff’s care truly shines through in their client relationships.
Broking Director, David Christmas, said: “This new structure and our new appointments help us to build stronger relationships with our clients and really deliver on our culture of care belief of ‘Our People Make the Difference’. Our staff come to work every day to make a difference and take pride in the work they do – let us make a difference to you, too”
