Listen up: Menopause coach Kathryn Colas on Natural Health Radio
Menopause Coach Kathryn Colas was interviewed by Natural Health Radio’s Deborah Walker last week, on their ‘Food for Thought’ podcast. The podcast discusses natural health topics, therapies, interviews and entertainment.
Listen above to hear Kathryn discuss the programme she designed to aid women going through menopause in the workplace and their line managers. Currently, there is no training for line managers to deal with this issue, which is very clearly at times affecting women’s work performance.
In the 30-minute podcast, Kathryn discusses the gender bias still in the workplace, and the policies she is helping write to address this disparity.
